Jessica Jahns is just a small town squirrel refusing to live in a lonely world. This human systems sorceress values connection with her community, loves to ponder politics, economics and social systems, and plays sweet tunes on her Yanagisawa T880 tenor sax. She’s a multitasking data processing analyst by day, listening to more podcasts than you ever knew existed (at 2x speed, of course).

Jessica's Story
Jessica is an open book for all to see and was seeking a situation where her extremely valuable skills would be respected interpersonally.
Umbrella Alliance opened its arms to her in a role where her talents as a leader in thought and collaboration would be invaluable.
Jessica is challenging herself to feel authentic #ActuallyAutistic pride every day! Her goal is to build a culture of mutual support and growth together!
I don’t believe in mediocre…
I’m here for it if you are.
Jessica has a passion for process/workflow improvement, open direct communication and standardized, accurate data. Yes, she’s a delightful nerd. Some might say she obsesses over efficiency, in her personal and professional life. She is the person who asks, “Why do we do it that way? Couldn’t we improve by…?” Always coming up with concrete ideas for how to improve processes, she has a love of brainstorming with others to find optimal solutions and thrives on completing projects well, with a team or individually.
